Passing on the DHARMA
Tess Davis and her team of fabulous interns have compiled a comprehensive list of laws that might impact heritage in Cambodia as part of Heritage Watch's DHARMA project.

The database was recently handed over to the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and UNESCO in Cambodia.

It is hoped that the database will be used to clarify the situation on historic and prehistoric artefacts in terms of their legal standing. The database could be used by collectors to ensure their ownership is legitimate and help those who are interested in collecting antiquities. It could also be used by law enforcement agencies in efforts to repatriate illegally acquired antiquities.

Well done Tess and team!
