Position Vacant: Country Manager

Heritage Watch International (HWI) is seeking a Country Manager to oversee its operations in Cambodia. HWI has been operational in Cambodia since 2003 and works to preserve Cambodia’s cultural heritage which has come under increasing threat.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work without a great deal of supervision and someone who is proactive. The position requires fluency in Khmer and English and ability in French would be an asset. The successful candidate will;

· Be a Cambodian National
· Have a tertiary-level degree preferably in field related to heritage,
· Experience in heritage/culture sector with at least three-years project management experience,
· Proven experience in community development would be an advantage,
· Be well-presented and able to work independently,
· Have experience in the culture/heritage sector,
· Possess fluency in English with good writing skills,
· Have experience in developing projects and grant writing,
· Be able to organize training workshops,
· Critically analyse and present data,
· Possess computer skills,
· Have knowledge of government procedures
· Be prepared to relocate to Siem Reap if necessary
